30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it (unworn, unused, with tags)
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom items, or gift cards. If you’re unsure about your item, just ask us at contactus@carmelascookwareco.com.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at contactus@carmelascookwareco.com.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
